• Receiving Items Different from Your Order: If you receive items that do not match your order, please contact us within 10 days to arrange for a return and refund. You have the option to exchange the items or receive a refund via the original payment method. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund or dispatch replacement items.

• Transportation Damage or Defective Items upon Delivery: If your items are damaged during transportation or have quality issues upon delivery, please notify us within 10 days. For minor issues, we will provide spare parts for repair. For significant issues, contact us within 14 days to arrange for a return and refund. If the issue cannot be resolved with spare parts, we will cover the shipping costs. If you prefer to return the items for minor issues, we will refund the original purchase price (including shipping costs), but return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documents. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.

• Issues Within the Warranty Period: For issues covered under the warranty period, replacement parts will be sent according to warranty terms.

• Statutory Right of Withdrawal: The statutory "cooling-off period" ends 7 days after the day on which your order is completed and the items are delivered. If you change your mind within this period, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items to arrange for a return. Items can only be returned for this reason if the packaging is unopened and the items can be resold as new without any additional work. If items are returned under this reason, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
